Each Sim-Tech Driving Simulator comes with our standard manufacturer warranty. We are the manufacturer, and we cover everything in this warranty other than negligence. Our standard warranty covers the following areas of your driving simulator – regardless of the Model or Series.
- Motion Systems
- All cab components and electronics
- All system cameras and recording devices
- All screens contained in the screen base
- Steering, braking, and driveline components
- Shifting components
- Software updates
Maintenance Contract
For clients who plan to use Sim-Tech Driving Simulators as a part of their daily operations at their locations across the USA, we offer a comprehensive maintenance contract to include everything in the standard warranty. We are able to accommodate any request to support the long-term success and use of your Sim-Tech Driving Simulator. Whether that means 15 years or more, we’ll have you covered at a locked-in rate.
