This year’s FDIC International just wrapped up in Indianapolis, Indiana, and once again, it proved to be the premier gathering for the fire and rescue community across North America. The event brought together first responders, industry leaders, and safety technology experts from around the world to explore the future of firefighting, emergency response, and training innovation.
For our team at Sim-Tech, it was an incredible opportunity to showcase our newest product—the Pump Panel simulation training system—and connect directly with professionals who are shaping the future of fire service education. A special thanks to Mr. Nic Sabo from Ellsworth Air Force Base Fire Department, who joined us as a subject matter expert to help demonstrate the benefits of incorporating pump panel simulators into department training programs.
This year also marked our first time exhibiting in the XR Studio area, where we highlighted our growing line of VR training tools. Alongside the Pump Panel simulator, we featured our NEO driving simulator, equipped with a 200-degree field-of-view headset and see-through technology to deliver highly immersive, in-cockpit VR driver training.
